Help run Benelli 2X

Apply for staff

Tell us about yourself. The team reads every application and we’ll reach out on Discord. Please don’t message staff to ask about it.

What you get

  • Earn points every wipe for shifts, tickets and events, paid out in cash once you reach the wipe’s target.
  • A staff role in the Discord, and your own profile on Meet the staff at benelli2x.com.
  • Training and guides in the staff dashboard, so you’re never thrown in on your own.
  • Pick your own shifts on the schedule, around your life.
🧑‍‍🧑 Staff roles: read about each role

Head Admin

Lead the staff team. Help the owners make fair, informed decisions. Head Admins do not earn staff points.

Your responsibilities

  • Add and manage ordinary staff. Review performance and private notes. Approve points. Approve event requests and helper rewards. Handle escalated tickets and ban issues under the approved authority.
  • Keep training and shift coverage moving. Only an Owner can grant or change Owner or Head Admin roles.

What you can access

  • Staff, Overview, private reports, Staff Points, tickets, shifts, profiles, guides, events and arena builds.
  • Review staff applications. Request arenas, approve events and edit Contacts.
  • You do not have owner-only Payouts, Settings, Roles, View as, Website, Loot Race scoring or Analytics.
  • Spinner access is separate and must be granted by an Owner.

Working routine

  • Check unanswered tickets, pending shifts, event requests and staff concerns.
  • Review point evidence and approve valid work. Nobody may approve their own work.
  • Record specific facts in private reports. Explain concerns privately and leave a clear follow-up.
  • Escalate policy gaps and serious disputes to Ben or Katrina.

Access and escalation

  • Add staff with the correct Discord ID. Set their time zone. Make sure they read How To.
  • Untick Active to remove sign-in. Coordinate Discord and Kaos removal with an Owner.
  • Ban authority, penalty lengths and appeal rules still need written owner decisions. Do not invent them.

Admin

A full staff member who handles tickets, uses authorized in-game commands, covers shifts and runs approved events.

Tickets and commands

  • Claim → fix → Mark closed. Use Help with it for shared work and leave clear notes.
  • Use Kaos /give in the ticket with Server 1. Check gamertag, item and amount. Record proof and check #spawn-logs.
  • Kaos permissions are controlled separately from dashboard roles. Refer to Admin Tools for kits, prizes and vehicles.

Events and builds

  • Admins can run events and PvP brackets, log results, offer to host and help, build arenas and add arenas or event bases to the Wipe Map.
  • Event requests still need approval. Coordinate prizes with the host and Event Coordinator.
  • Use the Arena Builds SOP for requests, photos and placement.

Access and limits

  • Access includes staff news, schedule, profiles, guides, tickets and box deliveries. Contacts are view-only.
  • No management Staff Points log, private staff reports, payout settings, website controls or Loot Race scoring.
  • Spinning needs a separate owner-granted permission.

Points and expectations

  • Earn eligible shifts, management-approved tickets, event work and arena points. Most tickets closed: +2. Most boxes dropped off: +2. Everyone tied receives the bonus.
  • Be reliable. Don’t rush closures or duplicate credit. Never use commands for your own team’s advantage. Ask before making an exception.

Ticket Mod

An entry-level support role. Help players in Discord tickets and coordinate mystery box drop-offs. A good path toward Admin, with promotion decided by leadership.

Your workflow

  • Claim with I’ve got it. Gather the player’s details and evidence. Answer using current guides.
  • Ask an authorized Admin for commands. Keep the player informed and leave clear handoff notes.
  • Mark closed when resolved. You can reopen your claimed ticket with Not done, reopen.

Permissions

  • Tickets, box delivery checkboxes, staff news, shifts, profiles, guides and training.
  • No in-game admin commands. No live bracket result logging, event operation, arena building or Wipe Map placement under this role alone.
  • You can offer to host/help and submit ideas; approval does not automatically grant the tools another role has.

Mystery box support

  • Verify the assigned recipient and recorded box. Coordinate /give with an Admin. Tick each item only when handed out.
  • Drop-off access is not Spinner access. A separate owner permission is needed to spin.
  • Do not invent or substitute an item.

Points and growth

  • Earn eligible shift and management-approved ticket points. Dashboard bonuses track most closed tickets and most box drop-offs; tied leaders receive +2.
  • Learn account linking, kit access, rules and evidence gathering. Ask for training rather than borrowing another person’s permissions.

Event Coordinator

Run the events program. Plan Special Events and PvP Events, approve requests, choose hosts and make sure winners receive their prizes.

Tools and permissions

  • Approve requests, request arenas, Message Players, edit Contacts, run brackets, log results and place builds on the Wipe Map.
  • Post events to #Server Events. Owners can post to other channels.
  • Review clips. Other application review requires the relevant additional role.
  • Staff news, shifts, profiles and training require another staff role. Tickets and box delivery also require a ticket-access role.

Event workflow

  • Review Request to host submissions. Choose the host and channel. Confirm name, time, arena, format, rules and rewards.
  • Accept helper requests. Helpers needed can be set from 0–4.
  • Coordinate sign-ups, teams and event launch. Track prize threads until deliveries are complete.
  • Points + loot helper rewards require Head Admin or Owner approval.

Arena planning and points

  • Request next-wipe builds with a clear format, map grid and notes. Follow the 5 PM ET reminder the day before each wipe.
  • Event Coordinator earns eligible staff points. Event host rate is not specified in the supplied answers; check the event configuration and get owner clarification.
  • Head Admin and Event Coordinator approval limits beyond current tool access still need a written policy.

Event Helper

Support hosts, log bracket results, help on event night and build next-wipe arenas. Submit ideas and offer to host with approval.

What you can do

  • Use event pages, offer to host/help, submit ideas and log results on a live PvP bracket.
  • Sign up for builds. Add and edit your own arenas or event bases on the Wipe Map.
  • You cannot independently post events or operate event sign-ups, teams and Go live controls.

During an event

  • Read the rules and your assignment. Log results accurately. Ask the host before changing a result.
  • Escalate disputes rather than arguing with players. Keep winner names and prize information clear.
  • Leave complete results and notes before finishing.

Access and points

  • Schedule, staff news, profiles and guides need another staff role. Tickets and box deliveries are not included in Event Helper alone.
  • Completed helper event: 0.5 point. Arena added to Wipe Map: 1 point, subject to approval.
  • Hosting eligibility and any extra role needed should be confirmed before approval.

Arena Builder

A build assignment, not a separate dashboard role. Build PvP arenas, raid bases and custom monuments for next wipe within your actual role permissions.

Who can use the tools

  • Owners, Head Admins, Event Coordinators, Admins and Event Helpers can use build and map tools. Ticket Mod alone cannot.
  • Event Helpers may add and edit their own map entries. Other assignments may need a role change or authorized partner.

Board workflow

  • Events → Arena Builds. Claim with I’ll build it or submit your own idea. Up to five builds per person.
  • Add grid, notes and up to eight photos. Keep progress current. Give back returns a request; Drop removes your own idea.
  • Add the completed arena to this wipe’s Wipe Map to mark it Built and generate 1 point for approval.

Reminder and limits

  • Reminder: 5 PM Eastern the day before each wipe (wipes are every other Thursday).
  • Build testing and deadline still need owner approval. Suggested deadline: before Thursday 4:30 PM ET.
  • Shared credit is not built; the person adding the arena gets the point. Event-base point treatment is undecided. Do not assume every map entry earns a point.

Mystery Box Spinner

Trusted staff selected by the owners. Spinning is a separate permission. Owners can always spin; other roles need access granted in the password-locked Who can spin panel.

Spin steps

  • Confirm payment through the approved store/ticket process first. The dashboard does not verify payment.
  • Enter the player’s name or Discord ID. Tap the purchased tier once per box.
  • Tier 1: 4 spins. Tier 2: 5. Tier 3: 7. Elite: 7.
  • Results are saved. Copy all commands and Copy message for their ticket. The message includes their live delivery link.

Delivery and logging

  • Only ticket-access roles can use box delivery tools. Staff without Kaos permission need an authorized Admin.
  • Tick items after delivery. Unticked items stay To give. The final tick closes the box and credits the drop-off to that person.
  • Most box drop-offs this wipe earns +2; tied leaders all receive it.

Limits

  • No rerolls are available. Owners can archive or delete boxes. Deletion is not a replacement policy.
  • Payment checks, substitutions, duplicate corrections and required proof still need formal owner decisions. Use the proposed delivery checklist until finalized; don’t promise unapproved replacements.

Benelli 2X Creator Program

For streamers, TikTokers and video creators who regularly share Benelli gameplay and represent the community positively.

Your tools

  • Your page: benelli2x.com/c/name, with picture, bio and links.
  • Sign in with Discord to update it. Use Go live for the directory’s red LIVE badge and stream link.
  • Submit clips for review and possible Spotlight features.
  • Creator status does not grant staff or command access.

Checkout code

  • Bring 25 people to your creator page, then request the code you want. The team verifies the requirement and approves availability.
  • Preferred codes are 2–20 letters or numbers. Do not advertise an unapproved code or promise commission terms that have not been agreed.

Expectations and application

  • Post Benelli content regularly. Be positive and follow community rules. Keep private information out of clips and streams.
  • Apply at https://www.benelli2x.com/apply/creator. Join Discord first. Include your unique Discord username, creator name, gamertag, links, 1–3 clips, follower range, posting plans and content ideas.
  • Owners manage Creators in the dashboard.

Owners — Ben & Katrina

Oversee server, store, website and payouts. Final say on staff and rules. Owners do not earn staff points.

Owner-only controls

  • Payouts, Settings, View as, Roles and password-locked Spinner permissions.
  • Player Posts, Website, Loot Race, Player Points, Wipe Stats, Analytics and Creators.
  • Only an Owner can grant or change Owner and Head Admin roles.
  • Owners can post event announcements to any permitted channel and change anyone’s manual status.

Staff and payouts

  • Add staff with Discord IDs. Head Admins can help with ordinary staff management and point approval.
  • Only approved points count. Nobody approves their own work.
  • Pay manually within three days of wipe end. Resolve disputes raised within 24 hours.
  • Remove dashboard access by unticking Active; remove Discord and Kaos access separately.

Getting a decision

  • Staff use Message the owners on My Dashboard or owner chat in Discord. Include the ticket/task, evidence, actions taken and decision needed.
  • Ben and Katrina’s individual portfolios, urgent contact route and backup person are not yet assigned in writing.
  • Use Owner Decisions to finish the policy gaps without presenting suggestions as approved rules.
