This page explains what benelli2x.com collects and how it is used. Benelli 2X is a community-run Rust Console server.

Browsing the website

The public website has no ads and no tracking cookies, and you don’t need an account to read it. To see what people find useful, we count visits ourselves: the page, the site you came from, whether it’s a phone or a computer, your country, and taps on Join the Discord or the store. We don’t keep your IP address, and the count can’t follow you from one day to the next. Only the server owners can see these totals.

Staff applications, creator applications and clip submissions

• What we collect: exactly what you type into the form: your Discord username, gamertag and your answers.
• Who can see it: only the Benelli 2X management team, in the private staff dashboard. It is never shown on the website and never sold or shared.
• Why: to review your application and contact you on Discord about it.
• Spam protection: to limit how many applications one connection can send, we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your internet address. It can’t be turned back into your address and changes every day.
• How long: applications are kept as a record of who applied.

The loot wheel giveaway

• What we collect: the gamertag you type to spin, and the result of each spin.
• Who can see it: your gamertag and token count show on the public leaderboard for that month. The management team sees every spin in the staff dashboard.
• Why: to count your tokens, draw the monthly winner and check the winner’s gamertag when they claim.
• Spam protection: the same one-way scrambled code as above, to limit spins per connection. It changes every day.

Extra wheel spins (newsletter, texts, Instagram)

• What we collect: only what you choose to give for extra spins: your email, your phone number and/or your Instagram name, linked to the gamertag you spin with. You must be 13 or older and agree to hear from us.
• Who can see it: only the server owners. It is never shown on the website, sold or shared.
• Why: to send the Benelli 2X newsletter, text reminders before wipes and deals, and to count your extra spins.
• Stopping: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask in the Discord and we’ll remove your details.

Videos on the Creator Spotlight

Featured clips come from TikTok, YouTube or Twitch. Until you press play we only show a preview picture; pressing play loads that site’s video player, which works under that site’s own privacy policy.

Purchases

The Benelli 2X store is run by Tip4Serv. Payments and order details are handled on their site under their privacy policy; this website never sees your payment details.

B2X merch is sold through our Fourthwall shop, which handles payment and shipping under its own privacy policy. We get the order (what you bought, the order number, your name and email) so we can give you the free bonus that comes with it.

Order emails: when you buy merch or something from the store, we send you one email about that order from orders@benelli2x.com: what you bought and how to claim your bonus or items (a one-tap link that only works for that order). We use your email only for that: no newsletters, never sold or shared. It’s sent through our email provider, Resend. For store orders we don’t keep your email after sending it (a checkout without Discord keeps only a one-way scrambled code of it, so you can claim your order with it on your bank page).

Discord

Our Discord server is run on Discord, under Discord’s own privacy policy.
